My opinion: Any contract with AVNE would require as a condition precedent that they maintain their good standing with SEC. Failure to do so would void any agreement. They are now a distant memory. Bye bye.
Could they file a lawsuit? For what? You can't just go around "filing lawsuits" with no cause of action. We have laws that protect us from such nonsense, including the Court's ability to award attorneys fees and costs, including against the attorney, for baseless claims.
