Why not just forego all the QB "clout" drop to Pink, choose Alternative Reporting, go dark and never have to file again....... using your basis of debate as our paradigm?
THAT is allowed by the SEC too........
No sense having a big bat ("clout"
, if the muscle swinging it, can't get it around when the pitch is there. Might look good, but doesn't put results on the scorecard.
