Discussion reviewing business model and company operations, including the Dealer Program.
22 F/T employees, have created over 100 jobs in FL.
Currently researching 2 more US markets, outside of FL.
$1.3M in revenues 1st Qtr 2014, with about 12-14% retained earnings (before taxes).
(21:00) SDI acquistion and implications/potential- manufacture and development of own products
First 2 weeks of April= $400k
3.8M Float
32M O/S w/ approx 26M to board/management (restricted)
approx 2.5M-2.8M in certs (non restricted), may enter Float
Financials (1st QTR 2014) to be released soon, with full accounting.
Potential market in Midwest and in NJ
Discussion of Sedna Aire USA and solar A/C (benefits, cost savings)
(37:30) CFO selection and importance (not named but soon). Focus on responsibility and accounting.
Strategic partnership that provides any type of engineering in up to 30 states, residential or commercial.
(44:00) Diversification- hedging vs. disasters, etc. Not just focused on solar panels. Developing other markets/products/revenue streams.
State incentives are a major factor in energy upgrades/retrofits/targets.
Roofing contractors- essential to solar panel installation- perfect candidate for dealer- "We love roofers." (LOL)

(54:00) M&A- looking for companies with value to shareholders- target is $1M/year companies- double/triple their revenue under RENU- option for spinoffs

Old debt has been paid off. Note has been significantly decreased.

Not afraid to hire someone that is smarter and let them do their job.
Having done all aspects of company, gives Jeff insight as to who to hire do specific jobs.
