Zebra Technologies Corp. (ZBRA) reported that it expects to report sales for the first quarter of 2014 in the range of $287,000,000 to $289,000,000, or 21% over the $236,937,000 in sales reported for the same period the prior year, while ZBRA's earnings are expected in a range of $0.79 to $0.82 per share, up approximately 74% from $0.46 per share for the first quarter of 2013.
ZBRA also announced that it will acquire Motorola's Enterprise business for $3.45 billion in an all-cash transaction.
