He said he was giving dividends, but at no point did he ever file with FINRA to approve such dividends. That has resulted in shareholders coming up with an alternate fantasy of share distribution from the private entity GTHI. You outlined such a process, that cannot happen due to SEC Rule 701, there exists no exemption for such a share issuance under those rules. The only legal way was to get an approved  dividend issuance through FINRA. 

That will not happen now and he certainly never filed for one when he declared such a dividend. So shareholders are not going to get a dividend as it stands right, due to no filings and suspension of the security.

Global has ordered the NOBO lists of all shareholders as well as the shareholders list from its transfer agent Pacific Stock Transfer for the effective date of December 24, 2011. Upon receipt, Global will file the appropriate forms with Finra outlining the terms of the dividend distribution.
