I guess he is hoping to bring pps down by getting

I guess he is hoping to bring pps down by getting people to sell. That makes no sense. The pps doesn't affect his case. I'm assuming he just wants certain people to sell so he can get them off the board. Really, I'm baffled by that tactic. I'm believing he is not as confident as he lets on.
