Rather than suggesting the exchanges are liars colluding to hide the numbers of stocks where fails to deliver occurred, why don't you say how you can confidently say that the short position in JBII is "huge" and why aren't you consulting with the SEC to help them improve their process?
Yet somehow you believe Mr. Bordynuik when he says he found a catalyst on an old tape drive which allowed him to be the first in the world to make plastic pyrolysis profitable...and wildly profitable at that...and since he refuses to provide any evidence about this amazing catalyst's abilities despite it being in everyone's best interest, you have to just trust him.
For someone as skeptical as you are about the exchanges lying about the SHO list, you're extremely trusting of Mr. Bordynuik and his fantastical claims. Why is that??
