well they have one day to file, and i don't see any reason why a chimpanzee behind a computer couldn't type out baltia's financials. should be crystal clear at this point. the only variables are the dates, authorized and outstanding shares, and private placement info.
if they don't file their financials on time tomorrow, it will be a total and complete disaster and a big "go screw yourselves" to investors...but, i think they'll post fins right at the last minute. i don't think that "E" status will appear.
