It's not good. Indeed, if Big Pharma wanted to knock off SKTO by drawing the unwanted attention of SEC and FINRA to the ticker with merger aspirations, this is one of the ways they could do it -- by spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a supercharged mullti-phased stock tout campaign before and during the sensitive time between filing of the 8-K and the closing. SKTO had better issue a statement about this ongoing insanity.
