My thoughts are that they know people will lose interest and sell at a loss, a lot of 101 investing says to set stop loss limits and people take their 10-20% loss and check out. When I say they I mean MM's funds, etc that are investing into the MMJ sector and or FITX, so dropping the price they can accumulate shares knowing that the license is pretty much a forgone conclusion.

I still say you don't get a ready to build permit for the amount of money involved in the build out without being fairly certain that the company in question will satisfy the requirements and therefore receive the permit!

The people involved with depressing the share price for the last couple of months also know that so they're more than happy to see the price drift lower for the time being and buy up those shares. I shouldn't say drift lower because that's not what happened every day for 5-6 weeks, pretty sure most on this board have seen that and have drawn their own conclusions.

Not far away from some convincing news so everyone has to hang in there and try and be patient. You can't time the unexpected so you have to lie in waiting and have a few truckloads of shares when that news comes............!
