Because you currently don't have any idea why processors #2 and #3 aren't profitably running at near capacity or what obstacles currently stand in the way of that happening. Either you didn't ask or you didn't get an answer.
Ostensibly processor #2 should have been in full production for over two years now and there wasn't anything disclosed as standing in the way of #3.
The answer could be as damning as Mr. Bordynuik saying that he just can't find the right plastic at the right cost or can't find customers willing to pay more for the fuel than the feedstock to make it cost (think of those ramifications)...or it could be as simple and benign as Mr. Bordynuik being unable to locate the 'on' switch and as soon as he finds it both processors will roar to life. You don't know.
The bottom line is that you don't know so you didn't ask. Seeing pyrolysis in action might have dazzled you, but that doesn't provide you with any information regarding whether or not it's profitable. Your DD stopped short of actually getting worthwhile answers.
