EKO International also reported that they intent to initiate a program to buy back common shares in the open market. In January 2013 shares held in CEDE was reduced by 1.2 Million 5.6 to 4.4 Million shares. We have also seen recent market activity that has peaked our interest and prompted us to re-initiate coverage. We believe the company is soon positioning itself for key moves.
