No - Here is what I mean - A national retailer typically - and I say typically - works in regions and districts.... In fact many products sold in one region of a national retailer may not be sold in all the other regions. In a national rollout, you would think That Marani would ship all their Vodka to a distribution center, like say - walmart has... from there it goes to all 4000 walmarts in the US... Not really - depending on the product and the brand it works differently... Marani is not a staple item like say Q-tips or Pampers... Instead - inventory is managed through local distributors.... So for instance the dude in SoCal that lists Costco, does not service ALL the costcos in America, or in southern California even. It services the Coscos in a given territory, usually determined by a list of zipcodes. Likewise - if you want to get in all the costcos or walmarts in America, you need to establish a distributor relationship in each Area.
Keep in mind that this is also a highly regulated industry. in that WaLMART or Costco is not going to apply for a DISTRIBUTION license in each state... they would rely on locaos....
