Kenstick, did Reid acknowledge that they were no longer using Schlumberger for the perfing services or Tucker for the acidizing services but that Treaty was now self sustained in Belize. Schlumberger and Tucker were going to double their service charges to Treaty for their perfing and acidizing services. While awaiting Treaty's readiness the two firms were hired by another company in another country and would only work with Treaty if they paid 2X +/- their original quote. This caused further delays a few weeks back but Treaty went out and purchased the expertise manpower and materials to perform that process themselves. They are now self sustaining to complete the Belize wells start to finish. Hence the statement in the 9/25 PR:
"In closing Mr. Reid expressed his appreciation to all Treaty stakeholders and employees for their support as Treaty is building both an international Oil & Gas Operating/Production Company and a self-contained Drilling and Completion Company."
