Take a look at the numbers and only Somalia using
Post# of 199
There are 500,000,000 shares outstanding, (don't let this scare you, keep reading and you will see why),
Somalia is quoted to have between 2 to 15 billion barrels of oil and across the pod from Saudi Arabia, and so to be conservative I will use only 1 (one) billion barrels in my calculations.
Using just $70 for reference per barrel of oil times, (x) 1 billion = $70 billion.
Divided by 500,000,000 shares = $140 per share, however Kilimajaro has 5% of the $140 =$7 a share.
So for each share bought at less then 2 cents a share the market value should be $7 a share. Right? No wrong!
First - I only used 1 billion barrels of oil.
Second - factor in a price earnings ratio of just 5 to 1 which brings the stock price for each billion barrels to $35.
Third - That $35 fair market price is for only 1 billion barrels of oil now multiply that number by the actual numbers of oil which could be 5 or 10 times that.
Fourth - The above numbers represent only Somalia now add in the other locations.
Now lets look at what an investment will bring for each 1,000 shares purchased.
10,000 shares at $.02 = $200 + commission
10,000 shares x just $35 per share = $350,000.
In reality this investment could make you more then a million dollars depending on your investment and the actual amount of oil.
Good luck!
