the location of Baos 10 billion expansion does not get copied but its in the far south along the coast-they have a lot of locations-the govt is encouraging more plants on the coast for easier transport of ore to the plants etc-their HQ and some plants are in Shanghai near the south side of the big gulf of Tonquin?which is south of North Korea
