When you state 'yearly highs', I just have to think multiple years instead of just one or two. As one can see on the weekly chart below, ORFG already saw a high of .095 a few weeks back, which was the highest share price since the third quarter of 2011. Just go back 1 to 1.5 years earlier, and we see the share price was trading at levels from .45 to .80. I'm not saying it's going to get there, but the chart certainly shows the potential of that as a possibility once the previous high of .095 is taking out, especially if down on strong volume.
