would like to inform the public and investment community that the company is still working on completing the Annual Report for the year ending 2013. In order to provide the correct information regarding Triton?s financial reports for the year ending 2013, the company has recently requested documents from the previous management regarding business operations during the last quarter of the year 2013. Information items that have been requested are: Statement of Operations, balance sheet and Statement of Stockholder?s Deficit for the last quarter of the year ending 2013 to February 28, 2014.
Although Triton?s previous business financials may be unaudited, current management believes that only Triton?s previous management, who provided business during the year of 2013 and up to February 28, 2014 can provide the most accurate information which is to be posted on all financial statements for the Annual Report of the year ending 2013.
