I agree with what you say and it is true, however, you make the classic mistake of assuming the stock equates with the underlying company, and on the pink sheets market exchange, this is not necessarily the case.

"Shorters & MM's can't wreck a public company". That is a true statement on the face of it, however, they can wreck a public company's STOCK, if they have full control over it and most large market manipulators and participants can because they own Wall street. It is true that they cannot wreck the fundamentals of the company and the success or failure of the company is up to management, not the market players. But in speaking out about all the factors which can and do influence the stock, we are not necessarily making the claim that those factors (bashers, MMs, etc) are the things causing the company to not be successful, we are merely noting that those factors have a role in limiting stock gains, which typically reflects investors sentiment about how well the company (fundamentally) is performing. I think anyone here should be free to discuss either the company itself, management performance or the stock itself and the stock performance, along with any factors which may influence any of those entities. I do not find it "frustrating" when I see a public message board discussing openly this factor or that, about the stock or the company, about MMs or company executives, I think all topics are fair game and I do not think anyone here has used MMs or bashers as a scape-goat to account for poor performance by management. In my humble opinion, I think fundamentally, RFMK is doing quite well and management has performed very well this year. The stock on the other hand, is, well, the stock, which is a different story, altogether.
