Sure...and how exactly does it make a difference if someone actually is skeptical or pretends to be skeptical?? Is it the person's intent that you feel will sway people...or whether or not what they post actually makes sense?? You're never going to know or believe if a skeptic is honest or not or if the skeptic is part of some five-year long short fest focused on JBII. Why even worry about it?? Does the skeptical viewpoint make sense in light of Mr. Bordynuik's continued dishonesty and lack of disclosure??
It's also absolutely pointless to get spun up over naked shorting. First of all, in JBII the shares short are minimal. Second, even naked short positions without a borrow still need to be repurchased at some point and ultimately the company's performance is what makes the difference, not a short position, naked or not. Since you're still worried about naked shorting after five years, you should reconsider what's really important. Mr. Bordynuik purchased controlling interest in the shell for $80,000 or about $0.001/share and printed up new ones at a cost of $0.00/share. Once those were sold, they *never* need to be repurchased making them fundamentally different from naked short positions which do need to be repurchased at some point. Mr. Bordynuik simply pockets the cash from the investors to whom he lied about $10/bbl crude oil and diesel.
