Today's action is very healthy.

3 weeks ago BCAP was trading $0.0002/3 because of trader games. Today it's $0.0008/9. Nothing has changed with respect to share structure, but the company has progressed (pink current, audit news, etc.). That means its less risky today than a few weeks ago and hence a higher valuation.

There's no dilution, so some what you're seeing is a combination of people starting new positions / adding to their existing positions / taking risk off the table. All are good choices for the individual trader / investor depending on their circumstances.

Not only is there no dilution, but there's none possible until July 1, 2014 at the earliest. Anyone selling into the bid is an existing shareholder, not the company. We're really just waiting on the PR to confirm that "official freeze".

What I see are trading games as BCAP consolidates for the next move.
