CDEL has been on a tear lately on ask sitting the pennies that I cover here on Hangout. They are sitting on the ask and waiting on bid below on MPIX, TECO, and my WGAS plays. Every single one of these is in an important accumulation zone and setting up for rallies.

Citadel is primarily an asset management firm with a massive hedge fund division. I have not seen their MM desk in penny land until last month. I know that they tried to buy NITE when the poop hit the fan, and I wonder if they are trying to win away their execution business. Their clients are institutional traders and hedge funds, not retail traders.
