PRO is an entity that orchestrates stock specific to the OTC
it's a term I coined via another SMB .. and clearly folks can embrace this concept or discard it based on their own DD
PROs make money via cycles
PROs CONtroll the environment (they unlike retail have access to level 3)
(edit >> when I say that both sides are well represented >> it means that there is collusion between those who work the cycle UP and obviously DOWN)
they can run up a stock by showing *volume* that is wash traded
between other colluding entities
they utilize stock msg boards (SMBs) to entice retail to buy into their *hype* while they are selling out b4 resuming next cycle
they then can short a stock for the DOWN cycle, again working retail
via FUD
picking up shares on the cheap
this cycle continues until the final round >> when most stox are cellar boxed .. and legit co. has few options at hand re: outlasting *efforts*
retail winds up (usually) buying high and selling low
this is my opinion based on years of documenting trading patterns specific to various OTC stox
based on the above patterns >> and my DD coupled with my risk tolerance
I DCA all of my investments (not just OTC)
so my CB (cost basis) on JBII for example is below 30c and above 25c
if this *current* cycle (being done on relatively low volume) brings JBII's PPS to say 12 or 13c ..
i'll most likely have a GTC (good till canceled) bid in place for a few more JBII *markers* that will continue to lower my JBII CB
it's my expectation that the PROs' working JBII's stock since 2009 planned to *raid* again with the release of the K (2013 annual which imo few who've done their DD expect much from)
it's also a fact that investors' emotions are *triggered* via a depressed PPS
one of the reasons I don't whine about JBII's pps is because my CB is what i'd call healthy
my expectation is that 2014 sees a prox sold @ X price tag to Y enterprise
it is my opinion that the first sale re: P2O brings about significant recognition across multiple levels which will clearly *positively* (edit impact JBII's) pps
btw folks can learn far more about those who manipulate OTC stox via various websites .. bing or google are handy sites
this isn't a subject easily learned .. but it's worth the time imo if one wants to learn why and how done
