IMO, we need to take a hard look at the harsh reality of the situation. Although there is much opportunity here to exonerate ourselves and gain vindication from this situation, there is also the potential you speak of as well. Looking at both sides of it is critical and something I hope that JR is doing at this time. I am certain that there are specific timelines and criteria he must meet and that these things take time, but you are correct. Updates are something that maintains transparancy and at this critical time, transparency should be one of JR's requirements, both for his own companies health and the health of the pps. Without it, it lends credence to some of SOD's claims of volume drying up and the pps dying out and we do not need to give detractors anymore fuel for their fire. JR should not be feeding them.
I do not want to contradict what I've said in the past about reporting when there is something relevent to report, however, I am also not naive enough to not know that there is always something relevent to update on a weekly basis. Without those critical steps toward resolution being delivered to shareholders, who are the ones with the vested interest, that interest will certainly wane. Any type of extended silence through this week and next will be defeaning for lack of a better cliche.
