I believe those two MJ stocks are safe (MDRM & ITNS). However, they too could experience some ups and downs while the SEC sorts everything out. The good news is that when everything does finally settle out, the strong MJ stocks will survive and likely shoot even higher.

For now, I suggest looking at TEMN and STTK as alternatives. Both are waiting on news, and both should experience remarkable growth in the weeks ahead. I will research additional picks and hope to post them this weekend for those interested.
