I am going to say NO without even talking to anyone else.
You see, for the last 1 1/2 to 2 months (maybe even more), HQ has been on "lock down." No one is talking.
I for one see that as a great sign, having known these guys very closely for over 4 years.
Tight lipped lock down to me signifies that things are moving along very well and no one wants to slip up in anyway and accidentally release "insider" information.
Again....all in my own opinion, but when I say I have known these guys very closely, what I mean is that I have been to a Baltia X-mas party, I haven't missed a shareholders meeting, and Igor , Barry, and Joe P. (Joe no longer with Baltia, last I heard) have sat with me in my livingroom/dining room on more than 3 occassions...................
If these guys are clamming up, good things are happening.
