I see more positives then negatives too. But there are negatives that don't require DD to see them or believe them (Malone, the lack of breakdown of the shares just recently, continued dilution, albeit slowed down, China revenue confusion, 10 weeks of a constant downward PPS, possible irregularities on the TNKE situation, etc.) If not, then why would Buckyboy say he's had EWSI on "pause" since Malone dropped out? Part of me believes Marty will have lots to say after the financials are out. Gosh, I hope so. And yes, much of the negatives posted are bashing, but not all. Any OTC investor worth his salt sees some red flags. Even Big LLC said he was out of this stock pending future developments. I've watched 6 months of "wait till next week", "wait a month", ".10 cents just around the corner", "way undervalued", and it's just getting old! So I guess we chalk it up to simply getting in too early? Maybe.

I do not think financials, even if filed on time, are going to significantly move the PPS. It will be the same thing - dropped or sidewise movement after the news. Yes, good financials will have everyone breathing a sigh of relief, but IMO it will take a major PR and new signed deals to slowly start bringing people in. Certainly there will be no investment banking folks till then and that's what's needed for .10 cents or .25 cents.

Lastly, calling the IR guy would get nothing but a canned, vague response and you know it. He doesn't say squat w/o Marty's permission.
