The ultimate problem is that we are all armchair CEOs. There is no business to discuss. We need to trust that the CEO is doing what he needs to, to add value to the company and in turn take care of the shareholders. When he hits a bump in the road, he deals with it and moves on.
There is no business to discuss here because we aren't privy to the day to day operations.
