I don't think Bill would ever give up more than 49

I don't think Bill would ever give up more than 49% of anything. I've wondered when we would know about the private investor funding. Obviously Bill knew the GrowLife deal would eventually die. He was just waiting for things to play out. He was very quiet for a long time. Certain things must have been out of his control.
