My feelings about this is that they wanted to go after a highly touted, top tier MJ company that was a beacon for the rest of this sector to be made an example of.
What I found odd in there PR release was that they stated that they had no prior warning of this. Didn't they know they were being audited?
I found that statement to be quite peculiar.
By the way, does anyone know at the time of the halt can the current pps in ones account be used as a tax write off?
