(PINKSHEETS: NXHD), parent company of Redline Entertainment Inc. and WG Productions Company, announces foreign distribution agreements for K-9 Adventures: Legend of the Lost Gold. Distribution Agreements are in place or pending for the following markets: UK, France, Italy, Germany, Benelux, ex-Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Latin America, China, Poland, and the Middle East.

With the help of her faithful dog, Scoot and her gang of misfit friends, Kassie is about to go on the adventure of a lifetime! The movie stars Luke Perry, Ariana Bagley, Brooke Langton, and Bob Clendenin.
