if ex div date is april 15 then today should have

if ex div date is april 15 then today should have been the day for people to get in because of the T+3 rule. How come there was no interest today? Are people confused or unsure if they were supposed to buy for this divi? or are people still thinking the february divi is still in effect? if april 15 was the new ex div date then it appears a lot of people either missed the boat or simply didnt care about it any more or simply had no freaking clue what they are suoposed to do. I have peolle i had invested into this stock asking me questions and even i have no clue what the hell is going on.
At this rate we may have to do the whole distribution thing a 3rd time to try and get it right. I am also starting to doubt that .20 thing is even viable anymore or if there was even ever a government contract. i have no idea why in Gods name they even mentioned it in the financial report in the first place. This is the most frustrating stock i have invested in in the past year. and nobody is allowed to even ask the company any questions or you get your head chopped off.
Also, the PR last year said they hired a new PR firm and upon calling the company you find out there was never a PR firm so even that was lie! What is real and not real with this company?? They have been talking a great game the entire year ive been invested and j have nothing to sjow for it but more wishes and dreams and ever lower pps. Can this go any lower or is this pretty much as bad as it is ever gonna get and can only go up from here?
