Apparently pointing out my simple observation, though true, was not considered appropriate.

Just an observation.
On 911 the terrorist group that attacked our country needed only about a dozen people and an insignificant amount of money to accomplish great destruction to our country and the loss of many precious lives.
My point is it is quite easy to accomplish an analogous impact on a company like JBII. Development stage companies require funding. It would require only a few people with a common objective of destroying a company little in the way of financial support to undermine development stage companies by creating an atmosphere of failure for a company, whether true or not. It is really quite easy to create doubt and fear. It seems wrong but.... it is what it it is.
Fortunately for JBII the company appears to have survived the vulnerable period and now only must make a sale of a processor to emerge from the fray.
