"Shareholder Update:
In response to the following events:
1. Town of Lakeshore: As I have stated numerous times, we are in compliance with all zoning and bylaws. We are being currently inspected by Lakeshore's inspectors. We have hired the best of the best for trades, engineers, and architects. We are NOT in an adversarial stance with the Town of Lakeshore. We are working hand in hand dealing with the future of medical marijuana in Lakeshore. We are proud of our cooperation with the Mayor, City councilors, City workers and residents. We intend to be great corporate citizens. Harassing public officials because of the bashing agenda of a few is ridiculous. We are working within the laws and Lakeshore is enforcing the laws. There is no need or intent for litigation. Friends we are...and friends we shall remain.
2. Project Financing: Our financing is secure. I sought private financing as a contingency to the GrowLife deal and our project continues regardless of the Growlife deal. We are funded. Our contractors are being paid. Our work continues. We are on schedule for completion as previously announced.
3. We continue to work with FINRA and have provided all materials they have requested and will continue to do so as they request. As stated before, they are out to protect the public interest and we thank them for their service. I cannot comment at this time on the halting of trading of Growlife. I must reiterate... WE EXISTED BEFORE THEIR DEAL AND WE WILL EXIST REGARDLESS OF THEIR FATE. We at Creative Edge Nutrition continue to act in the best interest of our shareholders.
4. Future Uplist to a higher exchange. We continue to work towards our goal of uplisting to a higher exchange in the next few months.
