I have formed the following conclusion on Zoning G

I have been going back and forth with Monica Wolfson and she said something interesting:
"If the company only uses 6,000 square feet of barn one for the entire operation maybe excluding growing, then they are probably ok on zoning."
As far as I know, the plan is to start the operation in building one, which contains a 4,000 sf vault. If Bill is growing in 23,000 sf and all of the processing is done inside the 4,000 vault, then even she says that they are probably ok on zoning. If they are staggering the crops with a small harvest each month, then the 4,000 sf would be enough to do all of the processing. In words, 4,000 sf is not enough space to process 23,000 sf of marijuana at one time, but is enough space to process 2,000 sf of marijuana every month.
I am starting to think that everyone (City and Bill) is telling the truth; however they are talking about different things. Bill is saying he has the proper zoning for building one to get the license, get plants in the ground and get revenue coming in. The City is only talking about building two and there very well could be a zoning issue there, but Bill has time to figure that out while building one is up and running.
