If someone is a member of BB's FB, perhaps you can put the question to Dave as to whether Dharmanol may be sold in regular U.S. retail venues like Walgreen's, CVS, Trader Joe's, Rite-Aid, Whole Foods, et al. Dharmanol label says psychoactive "THC levels are substantially below international standards for hemp-based products" notwithstanding that Dharmanol is manufactured from marijuana and hemp, which are both Cannabis sativa by Linnaean classification. The "industrial" hemp variety of Cannabis sativa contains very low levels of THC. The non-hemp variety of Cannabis sativa contains appreciable amounts of THC. Dharmanol's THC level is listed as below 0.3%. The tangled maze of MJ laws are laden with Catch-22s, and a response from BB would help clarify this important issue..

Hi Louis,
We certainly don't want to jump the gun and make any legal mistakes in bringing Dharmanol to the broader market. There is far more behind-the-scenes legal work than I ever would have guessed in matters like this. Thanks for your patience.
