Since AEGY has so much debt and operational income negative, maybe, just maybe they go insolvent; Sk3 then picks up the PharmaJanes Platform at a firesale price. AEGY can't sell it away since the contract to only sell Sk3 based products would hold. The new corp would still have to honor the contract.'
Very interesting post. To recall, you were the first here to float the idea of SKTO buying the PJ platform a while back. With this added information, the idea is even more compelling and seemingly possible. The flies in the ointment: Gelmon, Burke&Co, and iequity?
