"After reading a multitude of posts, it appears there needs to be some adult supervision here. Did anyone bother to call Steve Salmons who is in charge of building permits in Lakeshore? Well, I did this morning concerned about the same issues you are. First, the relationship between CenBio and the town is excellent. Indeed they are in full compliance. They have what is known as "Agricultural-Added Value permit which allows for full processing. What they are getting is a variance to allow for more square footage and more employees. They are going to get it, it is mere procedural logistics. Furthermore, all the building-permit does if appeal it to the Town Council. Accooding to Steve, the Council almost always follows their recommendations. In this case, it is a clean bill of sale. I do not know Bill, but feel many of you are saying unkind scathing things that are not true. I called for myself. I will leave you Steve Salmons number... 519-728-5004. He is a very nice sharp articulate man. The town is excited to have CenBio underway and welcome the tax base. Steve made it clear there are competitive bashers and the media trying to sell newspapers. Point is, call for yourself. When you are done, you will be loading up on FITX asap. I suggest some of you do some quality due diligence instead of mouthing-off like two-bit uninformed 10 year olds. Call Steve in the town's permit department, hear it for yourself. The vault is scheduled to arrive next week, all systems go, and two minor variances regarding increasing employment and space allowances. It is not a big deal. I should hope someone reading this has made the same call in liu of all this crazed baby-banter I read. This will be the largest producer of medical MJ with expansion worldwide. ENRT is solid, LXRP good...(both low float)and Tweed. These are all good bets. Please do your homework. Call Robert Mcalister at ENRT, real sharp fellow. They are likely to be the first to get licensed, have purchased two licensed operations and exciting things in the works. They own a huge warehouse undergoing conversion with options to expand. As far as CenBio, please refrain from slanderous and erroneous commentary. Call for yourselves. Thanks"
