well that is a lofty goal to be honest for as I see it there will always be someone who thinks they need to take the company to court. I can agree with getting these court procedures out of the way and I like the new working team of PVEC it bodes well with me but at some time the company has to look at what they have and understand where they plan to go in the future. Now I agree that if they come out and say we are looking to sell all our cruise lines at Costco for a 20% discount some entity is going to try to bust their bA$$S because either they were wanting to sell the vacation spots or they want someone else to do it. And with the animosity that is shown elsewhere they would jump at the chance to force the company to spend more money defending versus running the company
