I'm not a lawyer, but some mentioned something that was interesting to me.
Person stated: Just spoke to my sec lawyer, he said it's just a scare tactic by sec until any kind of culpability is proven. If they come out smelling like roses the stock will probably fly. This is where you find out if the management is a squeaky clean as they seem to be.
Maybe this could be the case...hmmmm..
