You'll have to read through the PR's but the quick summary:
- audit underway (confirmed in the Attorney Letter 10/05/2012)
- S-1 registration process to start in the next 5-15 trading days (09/28/2012 PR says mid-October)
- S-1 registration expected to be filed around the end of 2012 per the 09/28/2012 PR
- When approval is granted BCAP will trade on the OTCBB (05/16/2012 PR)
