No merger would be good news for SKTO. SKTO doesn't need AEGY;. It's AEGY that needs SKTO.
No merger would reduce risk to the crown jewels; there are numerous unknowns in the merger can.
For years, these operators have richly benefited by hanging paper. Do they know how to do anything else?
The serious question then could be, can a zebra change its stripes?
