APT Group, Inc. Becomes Public Company; Announces Completion of Share Exchange Agreement with Frozen Food Gift Group, Inc.

KANSAS CITY, Mo., April 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- APT Group, Inc. a propulsion technology company that manufactures and distributes advanced, environmentally friendly transportation, recreation and utility powersport products, today announced that it has taken the major step to becoming a public company, traded on the stock markets, by completing a Share Exchange Agreement with Frozen Food Gift Group, Inc. (OTC BB: FROZ).
APT Group, Inc. comprised of American Performance Technologies, LLC, APT Powersport & Utility Products, LLC, APT IP Holdings, LLC and APT Real Estate, LLC, will be the only entities that remain a part of FROZ.

Certain outstanding items, such as changes to the public company name and the application for a new ticker symbol have been initiated. These changes will be announced once they are approved by authorities.
Among the many steps involved in a complex business transaction such as the one executed by APT Group, Inc. and FROZ, both companies will complete independent financial audits prior to group consolidation. Historical financial statements as well as projected financials will be released to our shareholders after the audits are complete.
