I certainly agree with you 100% and certainly that list you posted is only a tiny subset of the events which happened to JBII. In my opinion those are only symptoms just like I've seen over and over in penny stocks. The diagnosis has invariably been that there isn't any value--in JBI's case that what comes out of the processor isn't worth any more than what went in.
I'm also sure you're not going to change many minds. I really do think that most shareholders really and truly believe that the bulk of JBII's problem is a combination of "FUD" and manipulation. It's extremely rare to hear any shareholder even complain about JBI or Mr. Bordynuik lying to them. I'm guessing the average shareholder feels the 97% drop in the stock price is about 75% related to bashers/manipulation and might begrudgingly admit that 25% is due to the company not delivering.
