IMO, SMA100 currently at .0483 is likely to be tested this month as is the SMA200 (prior to licensing). I believe we are seeing the effect of formerly restricted shares which became unrestricted in April that are entering the market. Market dynamics (selling these now unrestricted stock into the market)creates a mechanism to recirculate capital which allows insider shareholders to finance new loans/acquisitions/share buyback,etc., you name it. I think the argument can be made that this allows the company a means to benefit it's shareholders. This is not intended to be disparaging in any way.
GTC Limit orders just over the EMA100, SMA200 @ .0479 and SMA200 are likely good pricing targets given the recent FINRA/SEC actions.
