True lol but SEC didnt seem to care about it lol...we been the most scrutinized and 'reported' MJ stock for the past year and they havent done squat. Either they know and dont care or they know and are fine with the clean up process. Who knows..But PHOT had more convertible note entanglements than anyone in the sector, then that last quick and questionable disclosure set it off
