IR is too busy wasting time and money on a shareholder survey of all things instead of the business at hand.
It's pretty obvious no one is doing anything as we go from day to day without an ounce of positive news and have to worry about bad rumors we hear about because that is all we hear, period.
Come on TECO, do something positive and act like a real company. Surprise us.
