a) broker/dealers can sell at whatever price they want to each other, even if its lower than the bid. Any parties can do it for that matter outside of normal trading if they want through a B/D but it has to be declared at the end of day like it was.
b) people will say well why wouldnt they just sell at 2 or 3? well it wasnt the fact that the one broker/dealer wanted to sell its more about the buying broker/dealer may have needed it the shares for a client. They may have owed someone shares per an agreement or whatever reason. Since the bid was 2 the selling B/D essentially "lost" $5k which will now be tracked in a hypothetical "shadow" account and will be made up in a future transaction, not necessarily an HIMR transaction
c) the selling b/d may have also owed the buying b/d $5k for a diffrent reason altogether and used 50 mil HIMR shares to cure the debt as the 50 mil was clearly sold during the day yesterday at .0002
Does any of that make sense, it dd when they explained it?
Anyway I am convinced the dilution is done. (fingers crossed i dont jinx us)
