Frank Kristan had much to say about 10 new companies they have in the works for the Green Fund (www.thegreenfund.us), and the $10,000,000 already initiated there. He was VERY excited when talking about their prospects in the MMJ industry.
The top 3 holders in the company haven't sold a single share (350M+).
He spoke about their building of the company . . . his interest is in long term, and very soon we'll see some developments that they feel will secure them the .07-.10 PPS required for where they need to be at a market cap. He mentioned $75 million to a little over $100 million. He said they are very doable numbers and they feel they're well on their way.
They are presently working on "Portfolio Companies" to create more liquidity and significant benefit to shareholders. He said their model is CODI - Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE - 18.30 as of yesterday).
He spoke of 4 companies they're now involved with that they are excited about helping to put WNTR in a position to reward shareholders with dividends . . . goal of a listing by summer as audited financials show more than adequate resources for up-listing.
