Anyone can pay for promos, to say its the company

Anyone can pay for promos, to say its the company is a shot in the dark, noteholders are the usual culprits with those small promos from my observation. Can usually tell who its from by the amount and duration..........Wish I was watching L2 like i normally do so i could answer that better. But what i see is volume has been average not high at all(as compared to the previous months), and the rest of the sector has been doing the exact same thing with skto last few days(large low volume pp drops). So that tells me some major group of investors who bought in low in january have been exiting the sector this week and last week. Must also note i saw 2 of the worst sector drops of the year the past week(one day i saw only 18 out of 150 stocks green!) Signs of major dilution are lacking from the indicators with skto.
